So I just thought i would share I am 4 cm dilated, 60% effaced, and at a -1 position as of yesterday. My doctor gave me the option to be induced as early as tomorrow, but we are waiting till next Monday. So we will have baby at the latest - next Monday yippee!

You are so far along already that hopefully you won't have to be induced at all. Risks of fetal distress go up with Pitocin or prostaglandin gels. Good luck!
I'm about there too, but of course won't be induced! So we'll just see what happens by mother nature.
