This last weekend we went to Camp Jackson in the Blue Mountains with 6 couples. Here's Heather "Toil and trouble"...
Directions:
First layer- Beat Jello, sugar, water and cream cheese until foamy. Refrigerate one hour.
Second layer- Beat Jello, sugar, water and cream cheese until foamy. Pour onto existing peach layer. Refrigerate two hours.
Add Cool Whip, pineapple and apricots. Mix well or arrange on top and refrigerate.
Hint:
You can use peach or apricot in either layer. Also you can get creative and use other fruits and flavors.
